Licensed in TN & GA. My name is Kimberly Olinger and I’m a lifelong resident of Hamilton County. I have two grown sons and one grandbaby. My college education focused on computer science and business administration. Over the last 25 years I have worked in an administrative assistant position in mortgage lending, commercial banking, residential construction/development as well as commercial real estate construction/development. I decided to take this combined experience a step further and create my own business. I enjoy working with people and I take great pride in assisting my clients in making their first or next real estate transaction a smooth success. Owning your own home is a dream come true for many. I have worked the past 25+ years in administrative fields for residential mortgage lending, residential construction development, commercial banking and commercial construction development industries. In June of 2020 I decided to take my knowledge of real estate and put it to work for myself as a Real Estate Agent.
